A rich woman,  Ashley Miller that works in New York city as a high ranking business woman to a company that sells flowers . And if you are asking, no,  she is not a boring business woman,  she is actually the opposite. She always has a smile on her face and was always the one to bring cookies to the new workers. And during the holidays she isn't shy. Though her company is not selling very well and her business is going downhill because of a new business in town. Then she meets a 17 year old teenager, Adelaide. Adelaide is a gifted singer but her parents want her to continue the family business at a bakery in Pennsylvania with her grandparents. And now this year she is not in for the spirit of the holidays because of it. Now the two together need to help each other out so that this holiday is a good one.
