Kara and Barry are on the same earth, and they meet in college. In this story, Kara never got stuck in the phantom zone, so Clark is still younger than her, and he is her little brother. They both go to live with the Danvers. Kara goes to Central City for college where she meets Barry.
Disclaimer: If you're looking for drama or fights or whatever, I don't think there will be much superheroing in this story. It's mainly about them.
