Meet Levi Renton, he's a 17 year old who moved from the city of Dallas to the small suburban town of Palestine, he did this to live with his cousins. On Levi's 17 birthday him and his parents were driving back from a movie theater when a drunk driver hit their car, Levi was the only survivor. After the car accident he went down a dark path, he hung out with the wrong people and did the wrong thing. A year later he is to be placed into his aunt Maraiah's custody until he turns 18.
Now meet Romi Marz, she'a 17 year old who has lived in the small suburban town of Palestine all her life. Her mom died when she was 10, giving birth to her little brother Bailey. After the death of her mom, Romi's dad joined one of the town gangs, ever since
then, she's been raised around the gang life. Romi is the leader of the "Skulls" gang and everyone knows its the worst gang in town. In school she is the most feared person, on the streets shes the best fighter but at home she's just a caring sister looking after her brother.
Romi is intrigued by the new kid in school, little does she know that he has a horrifying past.
Levi wants to figure out what Romi is hiding behind her mask of solid hatred. Will it work out for them? Will she let him? Will she save him from his past?
