When Tsukihime Sawada was sealed, it created a backlash, resulting in her clumsiness and the relentless bullying, ignorant adults, her airhead of a mother and absent father was not helping either. 

She ran away in teary frustration after some kids went too far with nearly pushing her off the school roof at the age of 6. 

Alone, cold, and starving, she finds a strange fruit in the shape of a pink heart with a shell-shaped leaf. Although it tasted disgusting, it felt that it removed something that made her mind hurt since that day. 

Not long afterwards, Tsukihime met an impossibly tall man who took her to his 'mama', the next thing she knew, 'mama' decided to have the little girl be her Successor to lead the Charlotte Yakuza family known as the Okashiamai. 

Then she also gains the attention of Kaido, leader of the Kemonohito Yakuza and Whitebeard, leader of the Yōsai no furue who want her to be their Successor as well. 

Rather than a quarrel, 'mama' sees an opportunity to accomplish her dream of unity in the Yakuza world.

The Mafia is definitely not ready for the storm coming their way!
