In 2000, she thought nothing could be better. High school was over for her and she was finally out. Free to find what she wanted to do in life, without restrictions, and headed to college. Moving out to the Big Apple wasn't really a big excitement for her, but she was close to her school and only a few hours from family. She thought she was going to be the stereotypical "boring college student" that everyone knew, until she got stuck next to Gerard, another art student. He had impeccable talent that he would try to deny, art came first and the music was second for him. In September of 2001, the planes hit, and everything in their world felt like it was shattering. Everything was changing. Gerard decided to quit his education, drawing a crack in his and Ary's life, and go off and work with his friends on a side project.
