A illness where flowers grow in ones lungs from unrequited love, which then causes said person to cough up flower petals and in some cases, full bodied flowers.

There is two outcomes for the cure of hanahaki, one must make their true love, fall in love with them. Or they get a surgery, but ones feelings will die for the one they loved.

This is a long destiel one shot, and I had to change some aspects of the hanahaki disease to fit this story. I hope you enjoy!
