Jack has a very vague dream that informs him that he is about to go on the journey of his life, with someone who cares deeply for him. Jack wakes up to Mark shaking him awake only to find out that his whole world is burning outside. The two flee what they truly know to a world that has more than the eye can see. Along their journey, the two come across four individuals, each with their own purpose and powers, with a prophecy spelling each one's fate.
