After sending Menma off to be reincarnated things remain undecided for Yukiatsu. He puts Tsuruko into consideration and chooses if he dares to cross the thin line screaming 'friends' and something more. (( If anyone ends up reading this I do plan in finishing it so please tell me what you think I should change because I tend to put my opinion into my work too much leading to it being seemingly out of character. Just a DDLC fanfic with nothing but my own perception of certain things. In the end, I just do this for fun. A little something you should know: this story is not based on the idea of everything being just a game, so everyone is as normal as possible, with their problems and all. It may be obvious, but none of the following characters belong to me: Yuu (the protagonist), Sayori, Natsuki, Yuri, Monika. Even so, the main character could be considered as my own when talking about personality since I completely changed it. But in any case, the credits for the main characters and the background concept go completely to Team Salvato/Dan Salvato. Also, credit to @XCpTE in Twitter for the original image of the cover. I'd like to have my own, but I'm not an artist to that degree, and I'm not planning on monetizing this story. If I do someday, which I doubt, I will change the cover.

This is my first attempt at ever writing something this long after being pressured into it by a couple friends saying I should try it since they really liked my short stories. This is meant to be a start of an introduction of six characters of which I kind of wish to build a story around. I also kind of wrote this in an anime style because I feel you can do more with anime than regular story characters. This origin is about a young man who was taken from his home at the age of three after his parents were supposedly killed. He was always treated special by the organizations leader but because of this he was outcast-ed by his fellow trainees. At the point where this story begins proper, he is given a task that hasn't been done to his knowledge at the age of fourteen. This task changes a lot of how he views the world and those around him.Complete
