They were told that their ancestors wanted to start again. A clean slate, a new beginning. Away from the pollution and radiation, away from the eroding atmosphere and excess toxic waste that was soon to be the cause of the extinction of the human race.
That's what they were told on the space crafts. They were showed pictures of how Earth was crumbling before their eyes. Once white, blue and green, now unhealthy shades of brown, both the thing they called land and the big blue liquid they called sea. 
They were told about the horrible crimes of their old planet. The mass murder and the cutting down of trees, the terrorism and the theft. The crime and poverty. The constant wars that killed millions and millions of people all around the world, which was sure to be coming to an end. They had been saved from all those horrible things. A new world, new land flowing with milk and honey. They were only children, but they knew who their heroes were; The Governors. 
One million of them were taken in 100 space crafts. They never the saw the other space crafts but they were told about them. They were only seven when the space crafts arrived. It had taken 225 years to arrive and their Scholars had prepared them, teaching them about their two suns, the sky and animals. Things they had never seen in their lives, replaced by the ebony black veil of space with sprinkles of lights they called stars. A far as their seven-year old selves could tell, it was going to be their fresh new homes. 
That's what their heroes told them. 

But not the truth.

And let me tell you the truth; There's a Cursed and a blessed, and they could be either one.

Earth has Fallen, it's as simple as it states. Ten years prior, They came. The Tephra, came to Earth intending to take over the life baring Planet. A humanoid species more advanced in weaponry, skills and knowledge than the Human race; looked to make it their home. Countries leaders refused to allow such a thing to happen and war soon ensued. Countless lives wasted to the attack when peace and coexistence could have been an option. Human's, losing, resorted to no other option then chemical warfare. Lieth was born in Scottland and migrated to America as a child when she was ten years old, Ten years before the invasion. She was now 30yrs old. The chemical used in the war completely altered her genetic makeup. She stopped growing upon becoming infected and the effects were permanent. The chemical also caused her hair roots to stain a deep green hue giving her a more inhuman hair color. Her eyes defined her the most. They were a brilliant shade of Ember, like flames in a fire. Kaija was Heir to his Father's Reine. The Tephra were a very tall, fit, Agile and fast, clearly built for hunting. They also stopped aging once they hit adult-hood. Dying only due to sickness, accidents or being slain. Kai's hope was to hopefully unite both races, by force if needed. Kai had long white hair that went past his hips. His skin was a tannish cream tone, a scar over his left eye. He had an agile black tail that was adorned in gold armor. Long pointed elf-like ears. He wore black armor with gold trimming that was protective against attacks of any kind, but was very light making it easy for him to move around. Armored boots adorned with climbing spikes and gloves that exposed his razor-sharp claws. The most distinctive feature of all was the golden skill mask he wore that shown is crystalline blue hues. A government that has been deceiving people for generations. But they haven't been as careful as they thought, because 100 years ago, one guy found out their secrets. 100 years ago, one guy started the rebellion that would bring about the end. From burning books, rewriting history and breaking human rights, this government will stop at nothing to make it seem that they are doing good. But people have had enough, the secret came out before. It's only a matter of time until it happens again. This time by a group of people that no one expected. Together they work to find out the truth, but things have gotten worse over the last century and this may not only bring around the downfall of the government. Armed only the powers they were born with, the group do everything they can to discover the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth. But many have tried and failed, do they really stand a chance? Alexander doesn't think so, but his main concern is finding his sister, Rosia.

May 9th, 2042; The day after the end of World War Three and the surrender of Germania, which was analogously named the 5th Reich, as officially designated by the Organization of Nations. On this day, crowds filled the streets of every major city worldwide, celebrating the elimination of the greatest threat to the existence of the human race. However, while parties and crowds gathered in two of the three major cities in New Canteria, namely Okha and Vladivostok, the third major city, Arnket, was undergoing decontamination due to the radiation caused by a German nuclear strike in early May as it had resulted in a large crater and an engineered radioactive toxic rain cloud. Aside from that though it seemed as if all would go swimmingly for humanity. Until an alien race named the Neuroi appeared. The date is June 9th, 2042. A full month after the surrender of Germania and a week after the Mecklenburg-Vorpommen massacre. As New Canteria was receiving flak from the Organization of Nations, a sudden disturbance was detected by a Canadian satellite as a mysterious black cloud arose from the North Pole. However the Canadian government paid no mind to it. The last mistake they would make as it was them. They struck down on humanity like a thunderbolt in their most vulnerable moments as the North Canadian forces in the area were almost destroyed from the Neuroi attack, driving thousands and eventually millions from their homes in a attempt to escape the Neuroi. However the human race wouldn't go down without a fight. Mobilizing troops freed up from the end of WW3, the ON and a new organization named NORDEN (NHDA) made a successful resistance against the Neuroi and drove them back to the North Pole. However what they found next would have news of it reverberate across the world. A wormhole to a universe still fighting the Neuroi. (Note: I do not own the World Witches series and all media relating to it.)

Until now. Our lives were threatened when a mysterious and deadly virus broke out, killing entire communities at a time. The council says that they have a plan; they said that in order to prevent the death of more innocent people they will test every man, woman, and child for signs of the virus. Any person found to have been infected will be quarantined, the ones who die will be given a proper burial while the ones who survive are deemed carriers and are to be sent to the home planet to prevent further outbreak. I was prepared for the people I know and some I love being taken away for the greater good, but I never would have expected that among the list of people being taken from my community, that I would be one of them.. I survived the quarantine. Now for the survival of my planet I, and the other Carriers must be sent to the home planet. I'm going back to Earth. 1,000 years ago, there was a great war between all the countries and nobody, not even the citizens of said country could be trusted. It was the cruelest of all the wars and you could even say that because of it everything was lost to each's arrogance. Out from the rubble of the devastation one person came forward and with their words brought together 9 people. As a collective, they were the light during such dark times and with their knowledge in multiple fields they were able to make a new standing government, one that united the people. It consisted of the ruler known as The Divine, The Counselor of Security, The Counselor of Agriculture, The Counselor of Technology, The Counselor of Education, The Counselor of History, The Counselor of Ecology, The Counselor of Health, The Counselor of Religion, and The Counselor of Economy. Together they were able to rebuild everything and although they had to restart, they never gave up and pushed forward, making the society we know now. As years went by, they got older and decided every 60 years all who turn 18 that year will have to take an exam. Then depending on their knowledge of a certain topic, they will be put into classes and be monitored for 5 years while learning the field of their choosing. With a special section for The Divine, for they had to take all the courses. The only catch would be once you had chosen what you would be studying, you could no longer change it. Anyone could take the places, gender and sexuality were not an issue. When the 5 years are up, 2 students with the highest grades from each section will be chosen, except in the case of The Divine. The work load to support an entire country can be hard on one person so that is why they had chosen to pick two people so that the work was divided, they were on equal footings. This year was when the new candidates were being chosen and it was during my lifetime. Will Mia be able to get through her hardships in one piece or will it be a walk in the park?!

Being part of the forgotten generation had been a blessing in disguise. At first it did not seem so since being abandoned in space was less than desirable. Yet with every loss of life came a new one, day after day, year after year the support from the people back home dwindled as did their dreams of populating the nearby planets.
