Takes place end of S4 of 'Arrow' and 'CA:Civil War'

Tony Stark.  Billionaire, Genius, Playboy, Philanthropist, and older brother to Y/N Stark.  Y/N was only 5 when their parents were killed in car accident.  Tony has since taken care of her.  When Tony and Steve Rogers have their "civil war" over the Sokovia Accords, Tony forces Y/N to move out of New York.  She catches the first flight out to Star City, CA.  There, she runs into the Star City Vigilante, Green Arrow.
