Late fall was settling in the cozy little village of Greycott. leaves were strewn about from the chilly winds rolling in from the East. People from many different backgrounds roamed the small crowded streets. Some wearing tattered miner clothes smothered in soot and coal smudges, others like the ladies wore hand-stitched dresses of dull color choice with tight fitting corsets, to accompany them were their gentlemen wearing pewter, brown, or black suits with dusty dress shoes and top hats with a fine brim, some even decorated with leather or a feather. Then there was the beggars and law enforcement. It was a quiet evening...more the most part... until the town's Bell struck 6 o'clock that's when tinkering time began for a young lady named, Vivian Wolfpine. Every time the bell struck 6 she would work in her shop that was located beside the town's Bell house. "Wolfpine Gears and gadgets." Everyone could hear the late night sounds of hammers clashing and gears cranking. But, tonight was a quiet evening for Vivian took the night off for an evening stroll with her faithful companion Bexley.
