Lyra's pace quickened the more she heard his raspy tone. The hard rain was getting in the way of her vision, but she kept walking away from the camp as fast as she could. She just wanted to get far away from the camp as possible. She wanted to get far away from Bellamy Blake, the boy who made her heart strings tug only for him.
