A boy named Aiden King is living his normal teen life when his dad suddenly takes him, his cousin, and his uncle for a hunting trip in the forest. The trip takes a few wrong turns, and the four of them decide to head back. After a month passes, however, Aiden's dad decides that they should go back to the forest for a do-over.
As Aiden expected though, the trip goes wrong once again. Only thing is, he didn't know that it was going to be worse then any of them could've imagined.
When all the drama from the trip dies down a little, a certain someone is forced to stay with them. After a couple of days, however, this "someone" shows no sign of leaving.
Then Aiden makes some friends who wouldn't exactly be considered normal in the eye of humans, and -with some of his friends from his high school- goes on a journey that nobody knew would be possible.
Though this was no ordinary journey.
This... was a Hero's journey.

A long, long time ago, coffee and tea lived on cyaten island in the kytian village. But they were never exactly happy... their village didn't believe in magic. In fact, they completely outlawed it. Sadly for this duo, their best friend CloverPelt WAS magic. They always tried to find ways to all be together and make things work, but no matter how hard they tried, their village would get in the way. Overtime.. coffee and tea knew they were unhappy. Their were always treated like dirt by everyone around them, their peers did everything they could to prevent them from seeing their only friend they had left... so they made a plan to leave the village and never come back. Just like their dad did long ago.. but on the day of their planned escape, something bad happened. A bunch of bullys broke teas arm. CloverPelt was able to heal it, but this was the final thing needed to make coffee SNAP.. he stormed off to a place on the island only him and his long friend Raymond knew about.. oh.. When a dangerous storm hits the American West, Finn, the squirrel, finds himself stuck in the middle of the storm; his home destroyed and his parents gone. But after he rescues a small foal, who he names Warren, from the flood waters of the storm, they become instant friends and companions for life. Ten years later, a crime is attempted in the town, and it was up to Finn and Warren to put an end to it. They are rewarded and praised for taking action, but not everyone is happy with this. In doing so, the pair makes new enemies who are willing to do whatever it takes to stop them. Now, Finn and Warren must team up to fight against their new enemies, while trying to protect their hometown from future crime and evil; but not without a few surprises along the way. Note that this is a book series mainly for perhaps younger/slightly older kids, though almost anyone can read it; but please note that this book touches onto some darker topics/themes suitable for older kids at least. Also, pardon the grammatical/structural errors, as well as how cringe-worthy it is; I wrote this at a young age and I'm copying this from my book...
