He had been clouded by greed for the throne when he came to Arendelle originally, and it ruined everything. But now, months later, he decides he has to go back to Arendelle to convince Elsa that he has changed, and to see if Elsa could love him in return. But who could love someone who used to be a cold-hearted, broken man?
