Katelyn and Allison are identical twins. They were put into an orphanage when both their parents died in a car crash when they were 4. None of their relatives wanted them. They thought they would never get adopted, but after living in the orphanage for 8 years, they are adopted by two people.
Those people were Zayn Malik and Perrie Edwards.
