Ember is an artificially created human, and therefore not considered human at all. She finishes the extensive training that Management has put her through. But instead of being sold as a slave, like the rest of those like her, she is sent on a mission with ramifications far beyond her reckoning.
Management has a vast and complex plan in which Ember factors a large part, greater than she could ever imagine. The Patriarch must be destroyed, no matter the cost to their unwilling assassin.
