The year is 2716, 400 years after The Great War ended and the world practically went back in time. Electronics long forgotten and every country ruled by monarchy - a monarchy changed every 25 years to prevent people hungry for power holding it for long.
The title of king or queen is passed onto a young adult chosen at random from each country who must first graduate from The Royal Academy before they can become their country's successor.
