Keith's life is incredibly mundane and mediocre, especially considering some people possess superhuman powers while he has none. He's content steering clear of anything to do with Voltron, the new team of super-vigilante prodigies that use their powers to fight crime in the city, but after a man being controlled by an ill-intending "villain" nearly kills Keith, claiming he possesses a dangerous artifact, things don't go as planned.
After all, coming home to find a self-proclaimed superhero sitting on your window ledge saying that you are in imminent danger isn't something that happens every day.
Aka the fun superhero AU with a few twists to the trope and eventually turns from fun to really dark but at least I've got a unique plot planned and there's klance

Writing The Tides
Keith is a university student and aspiring writer. The only problem is, he's been struggling with writer's block since basically the dawn of time. Or at least since second semester started. The teacher likes him at least, and accepts his insanely depressing stories off as "experimenting with emotions". But this semester, things are buckling down. Not only will the class be doing short stories pertaining to certain prompts every other week, but their final, given to them on the first day back, is a completed, not so short, story all inspired by whatever word they draw from the pile. And with Keith's luck, his word is the thing he hates most: the ocean. So in the midst of trying to figure out what exactly he's gonna do with all this "idiotic bs", he might have stumbled upon a whimsical aquarium, and a cuban hearthrob who might've ended up being Keith's writing muse.
