The quiet ones. That's what everyone called us. We were a small group of high school kids in the corner of the library. None of us really knew each other that well and nobody made an effort to get to know one another. Each of us had our own story to why we were quiet. Some of us had self-confidence issues, others simply didn't like social interaction. We seemed perfect, until one of us finally spoke up and decided to change everything. His name was Ian Hecox.

He escaped, and yet lived in fear. He was Ian, the tortured angel. Anthony. A normal guy with a girlfriend and cats, good friends and a great family. That is until he, literally, bumps into Ian while on a run. Anthony notices something is up with this weird guy, who's wearing some of the most tattered clothes he's ever seen and is running like his life depends on it- little does Anthony know that it actually does- and is even more surprised that when they make eye contact the other guy drops to his knees with his head bowed, as if he's been trained to do so. Anthony has been hauled into this world with Ian, and neither of them know what's to come.
