Hiromitsu Akabane finds himself hiding a secret or two from his childhood friend Haruka Mabuchi. What he didn't realize was that those secrets came at a price. 

Told through the infantile, naive lens of a youth, Jejune is a poetic rendering, not of love gone wrong but of love never reciprocated.
