Plot: Branch is going crazy because Poppy's birthday is in less than a week and he needs to throw a MASSIVE party for her. He needs to do it discreetly. Ignoring her for the next 6 days so that she doesnt find out anything. Getting everyone in on the plan. However, Poppy thinks that Branch now hates her because he doesnt even look at her. She enlists the help of Caleb (From the "Falling Into An Alternate Universe" books) to try and talk to Branch. Unfortunately, Caleb is also in on the plans and doesnt tell Poppy anything. Instead, goes along with her pleas. He goes and "Talks" To Branch and tells her why he won't even look at her. With all this pressure of not upsetting her but also puling off one of the greatest parties of all time, can Branch do it discreetly and safely? Read Below To Find Out.

A serious branch x reader that doesn't have an over traumatized y/n? I'm in. Story will be in 2nd person, they/them pronouns will be used, and there will be little to no description of Y/N because I don't want to take away from anyone's imagination. And I WILL take it as seriously as possible. I'm also not going to make Y/N's backstory like crazy depressing, they won't have a specific back story. It was not unusual for Branch to hide in his bunker once sunset had come, but that night was something special. Princess Poppy had invited him to participate in the most scandalous party never seen before, however, the embittered troll refused to participate. Hey! So, this is a little fanfiction that I have written myself. It's basically about Poppy having some anxiety issues and Branch and her friends trying to help her thru them. Keep in mind that anxiety and panic attacks can be rather hard to explain, so I will try my best. My explanations may also be a bit poetic.
