Three and a half years. It has been three and a half years since John Laurens left sight of camp in his muddy boots, torn up jacket, and low waisted patched up pants. He took no food, no water, and left no trace as to where he was going except a single note for Alexander Hamilton. Everyone, including his closest friends, have no hopes in his safe return home. Although, when the trail starts to pick up slightly, will they give up on the lost cause, or search for their long lost friend?
