5 years ago, a rift opened up in the Atlantic. A bottomless waterfall, radiating light. A day after it opened, the first Gifted appeared. A man with power over the Earth itself, who brought down half a city. Since then, more and more ordinary people go to sleep normal one day and wake up the next to find that they have extraordinary gifts. For them, the planet's governments created schools for gifted children, separate from the others, or in other countries, they outlawed the Gifted entirely. Such is the nature of humanity. But when the Prophecy of Power is revealed to the world, Life's journeys, and its people, may not be as originally thought.

The Wonder Kids N.E.A.T. Labs, an advanced science lab in Nashua, New Hampshire, comes up with a "master idea." A proposition so monumental yet feasibly catastrophic that could change the course of history. Their idea. The goal was to show that it was possible to create an Aurora Borealis through science. "Bring the Northern Lights to New Hampshire!" A team of scientists worked diligently for years to get this particle accelerator to be a success. On the night of the government exclusive launch of the Particle Accelerator-Aurora Collider-a group of teenagers sneak their way from Amherst onto the lab's property to witness history. That night the sky exploded; however, unfortunately for everyone within a ten-mile radius, the hunk of metal exploded, killing them in the process. But then! One minute they are taking their last breaths before waking up with superpowers beyond their wildest dreams. The chemicals from the particle accelerator changed their DNA. The teens wake up confused and scared. They agreed that it is best if they go back to the lab to find out what happened to them....only to find out that they, along with the other affected people, are being hunted, taken, and tested on. This is the English version of Campamento Eclipse. One summer night, a bright meteorite, called THE GREEN COMET, falls in a remote part of the ocean, leaving behind a green trail that dyed the skies. The impact produced an unknown and powerful substance called ELEMENTUM X, which altered children and gave them extraordinary abilities, from reading minds, flying, super strength, etc. but not only children, but also pregnant women, they give birth to the HEIRS OF CHAOS, babies with stronger and stranger powers. But the comet not only brought the Elementum, but also THE SHADOWS, creatures that threatened to destroy the world. The government came up with the idea that if the adults couldn't, the children would, and thus CAMP ECLIPSE was born, a place where children would train for a war they never asked for.....

Sacred High (Book One: Freshman Year)
Although the world appeared to be normal, one day changes occurred. The 'New Generation' was formed. Young children moving toward highschool started developing abilities. These abilities were the same or shared with gods and mythical creatures. For example one had the abilities of Zeus able to produce lightning, and so on. These were called the 'Irregulars', all sent to 'Sacred High', a highschool created specially for them. This however is not a normal school, as there are no adults around to lead anything. It is run by the students, mainly the Student Council, and forms a battle for survival, survival of the fittest. One day, the supervisors on the outside found something different ... An Irregular Among Irregulars, alias IAI. A young boy that was within the New Generation, yet had no abilities whatsoever. After the entry interview, the youth claimed: "I have no religion or beliefs but my own path." Due to this statement, this youth was titled "The Atheist', put on Sacred High between the rampant gods and myth wielders. Striving to aim for higher popularity ranks to ensure their safety, this was literally a battle to survive and become the strongest. The better your reputation, the less likely anyone would bother you. At the top stands the Student Council, possibly the most rotten out of the school, while at the bottom, the new IAI joins. We knew something wasn't right from the moment we awoke. It was like something was missing - a part of our very souls - and we couldn't sense the deficiency, no matter how hard we tried. A hundred million eyes adjusted to the dark all at once, all surprised to be awakened so soon. We ran through our checklists of limbs and senses, drawing ourselves out of our dreams piece by piece. Some went back to sleep, unaware, unbothered, too tired to notice the difference. Some lay in bed, too anxious to stand until the light of dawn crept through their windows at last, and they were sure the monsters in their closets had gone back to sleep. Humanity is not alone in the universe. More specifically Earth is not alone. It is an age of wonder for humanity. For all but a few. Our history has been altered, according to one who has visions of the fractured world that could have been but never was. The way history would have played out without an intergalactic coalition of humans visiting Earth. And he cannot decide whether the advanced human's arrival is really all that it seems. Whether we would have been better off as things are now, or with how his visions tell him things ought to have been. There are multiple worlds colonized by a vast space faring technologically and biologically enhanced human race all across the galaxy. Earth is just one of many of such colonies. At some point in our forgotten past Earth was cut off from our intergalactic neighbors and decides to fend for herself. Later we lose ourselves to infighting and nationalism instead of being true to our nature of being a space dwelling, intergalactic human cooperative. Now our space cousins are reestablishing contact with Earth. Bringing their superpower enabled, technological mastery of science so advanced as to seem supernatural. Eliminating slavery, wars, crime, diseases, climate shifts, and currency, with their arrival. Offering the promise of entry into a thriving united galactic empire. (I am dropping in from time to time updating the story with fresh ideas as they pop into my head this is so very much a first draft I have not even decided on names for some of the characters or different factions of humans that are to be encountered from beyond our solar system)
