Rumor of a specific agency that hunts down threatening monsters putting them through a process "Surinamè" to keep them safely capsulated from making any disasters, and at the same time making a file on them.

So what happens if you send out a 17 year old boy, along with a recently Surinamèd Elf, to go hunt down escaped, newly found, and/or highly dangerous monsters. Do you expect a fucking miracle pulled out of your ass and pray they're still alive? Turns out that might be an outcome.
