My counselor gave me an assignment when I started going after my suicide attempt. Now that I don't go anymore, I've decided to attempt to get better. One thing I like about myself and one thing I'm grateful for everynight and two of each when I want to hurt myself. (That last part I added on) This should be interesting. I'll give a summary of my day afterwards.
