Celine Rockwell is a weird girl. She's obsessed with things that most have never heard of. She doesn't like chocolate icing and she still can't tie her shoes quite right. Her hair is always a mess, her laugh is loud and obnoxious, the list goes on. She's the outcast, the last to get picked for dodgeball, and the girl with no candy on Valentine's day.

Matt Sanders, however, is quite the opposite. He plays the piano, guitar, and sings like an angel. He has all of the coolest gaming systems and the newest games, has the perfect smile, and can almost say the alphabet backwards. He isn't that popular, but has his growing group of basket cases.

When Celine moves in next door after a terrible tragedy, what will happen between the two? Will it be love at first sight, or, well... Something different?
