Getting a job isn't as easy as Anne thought out to be when she moved to a new town. Anne Smith has always been the average girl that you wouldn't think twice about. After a tragic loss, she is forced to move away and start afresh. Armed with a positive outlook, an eager mind and a generous heart, she is ready to brave the new life ahead of her.
Just as she finally begins to feel comfortable in her new routine, she is thrown into the world of twisted tales, town secrets and haunted men. How is it that the three men know each other? Why is everyone in town hiding something? And more importantly, did the real killer walk away?
