False Expectations

October has never had it easy. Upon entering high school, she knew that she wanted to change, and changed she did. By her senior year, she was no longer the weak, little girl that she used to be. Now she was fierce, determined, and dangerous. She is an Obsidian. One of the most feared group of street fighters and street racers. She, also, is a government assassin, who has been assigned to a new case. She has to relocate to the place that made her want to change, that made her to be heartless. She must come to terms to her past, so she can finish her mission and head home. That is easier said than done. She has to face all the people who she once loved and trusted, but their betrayal caused her to shield away from love. Will she be able to forgive and forget? Does time really heal all wounds?
