Blaire is a seventeen-year-old, sarcasm queen, who loves writing and dates the male character of her very own book, Jay. Unlike other seventeen-year-old teenagers, neither she likes going to parties nor she goes to them, unless her best friend, Jess, force her to.

And the day she learns that her father is marrying the woman, Cindy, who's her father's friend and also who they used to go to Sunday brunches with before her parents got divorced, she meets with someone unexpected. Someone who she hates from their first encounter. And well, who is this person? Some self- conceited jerk, who can't even apologize for something that he obviously did: small Willy. At least that's what she calls him. From the first "perfect" meeting at the Starbucks, where she's a regular btw, and the bar that she went to a "date" with Jess to rant about her messed up family, she and small Willy have some pleasant conversations.

Although they hate each other this much, fate can be strange indeed. Let's see what does fate have for these two?
