On the island of Arogoth you must be the age of 18 to step up and touch the eternal flame. If you are burned, you have not been chosen. If you are not burned and the flame turns a different color, then you have been chosen to be shipped off to the "Preliminaries Academy" on the island of, Condor Enclave, where you will be trained to fly a dragon and fight in combat.
Fira, Raven, and Sakaza are chosen and shipped to the academy just a few weeks before an attack on Arogoth arises and causes caos at the enclave.

The name meant "woman who is like the dragon," a fitting name for a tribe led by a head woman. This woman was lady Hyria Tatsu, the eldest of the tribe. Her apprentice goes by the name of Mina Ryoto. Star and Moon, two dragonets, would only bond with Mina. None of the other children were able to bond with the two dragonets. This was one of the reasons Hyria had chosen Mina. Only those of great legends could bond with two beasts. It would be a hard road for her, but being this special could turn out for the best. The world might depend on her one day.Complete
