Sage is a delicate plant, one that can be crushed simply with a strong, hefty paw. And in SageClan, this paw belongs to Cougarstar, the leader who seems to have no heart. he is strict and sharp with his warriors and only seems to be remotely kind to his mate and his heir, Bearpatch, who seems not too bothered by his father's issues. The Surviving Few (Warrior Cats)
The five clans lived by a lake. Until one day, they didn't. The clans have been destroyed. Rogues have claimed the land surrounding the lake as their own. When the clans refused to give up their hard-earned territory, the rogues fought. They fought, mercilessly and viciously, until the clans could take no more. Few survived the first blow. Fewer survived the second. The third came, unexpected to both rogues and Clan cats alike, and set the forest to fire. The few Clan cats who had survived the first battles died of the smoke they inhaled. They didn't know what was happening - how could they? So they passed. But they didn't. Not all of them. The rogues, for one, thanked the unexplainable happening. It had gotten rid of the clan cats for them, while they themselves had gotten away relatively unscratched. Secondly, and most importantly, few cats of Clan blood have survived the third blow. Amongst them is a traitor. How will they survive, now that their home is destroyed and rogues rule their land? A fire. Caused by twolegs. And suddenly Nightpaw's entire life as she knows it has changed. The four clans that had ruled the territories for centuries have been wiped out. This story is set many moons after the great cats during Firestar's time were around. Also, any arcs after the first arc did not happen. DISCLAIMER I do not own warrior cats (Erin Hunter does), this is just a fanfic I made based off it. However, the plot idea and the characters belong to me so don't steal them.
