"Don't worry Layla, I'll be back." I said to her in a worried tone. I pulled her back and looked straight at her.
"Got it?"
"I know, I know. No need to talk to me like I'm about to cry." But you are about to cry..I thought. Thats what you do..You cry when no ones around to see you cry.
"Heh, Okay then. Hug?" I opened my arms and looked at her. She walked up to me and hugged me tightly.
"Sure.." She mumbled.
"Just..Wait on me, Layla." I said looking at her.
"Yea yea.."
"BYEEE YOUNGG BOI!!!" I had heard in the distance. It was Jason, Kayla, and Jonathan. They were all waving me goodbye.
"Those idiots.." I mumbled. I smiled at them and waved. I then went back to hugging Layla.
"Bye Layla..See you in High School."
"I swear if you don't come back.." She said resting her chin on my shoulder. (<---NOT THAT TALL ;-;)
"I will. Don't worry."
"K, Goodbye Daniel."
"Bye Layla."
