I learned to never believe in stereotypes because all stereotypes have a few exceptions. I'm an exception myself, but I thought I was the only one. I'm not exactly like others of my race at my school, and it shouldn't be a big deal, but a lot of people are convinced it is.
I came from a school filled with lots of people with the same skin tone as me, but every single one is different, unique. Until I moved to this new school, where your race determines who you are.
