Murdock is in a state of confusion. Finn, his friend wants him to release hookman, a renouned terrorist. Killings are going on round the City. Finn's family are held hostage by Lolita and she threatens to kill them if her son, hookman his not release in 24 hours time. Captain Murdock and his team are left with 24 hour to put things right.
