Disaster strikes in California, leaving thousands of innocent people wiped from the face of the Earth. Incinerated by a giant meteor, with only being given a two minute head start.
The world went silent and the ashes settled, revealing the one and only survivor in over a hundred mile radius.
One brave young lady miraculously survived this tragedy, inheriting supernatural abilities from the space rock that nearly murdered her.
It doesn't take too long for Tony Stark to take notice, seeking out the new superwoman roaming the streets under the name of Midnight Star. He soon recruits the girl to aid him in a civil war between the Avengers, taking her in as his own.
Peter Parker, aka the infamous Spider Man, almost instantly becomes undeniably infatuated with her.
Soon after Tony reveals Y/n's identity to Parker, he decides to have the two teens live side by side in Queens.
Peter feels that it's his responsibility to keep the rising superhero safe as she continues to discovers what she is truly capable of.
However,
Spider Man's identity still remains a mystery to Y/n.
Will Peter ever reveal his secret to her, or will Y/n finally connect the dots before he gets the chance?
I present to you the story of how two superhuman teens struggle to fall in love, while fighting to save one another from slipping through the cracks.

i first began writing this fanfic as a hobby at only 12 years old. after realizing the amount of love and support this story has been given, i'm working towards finally completing this story years later.
