Here is the summer edition of the Undiscovered Watty Awards! This is a knock-off contest much like the wattys but for undiscovered stories only! That's right, here is your chance to get the reads/votes/comments you really deserve!
This contest is for all genres! Prizes will be given to the winners. There will be first, second and third winners for every genre. It's pretty simple you vote on the chapter of the story you think should win. (YOU CANT VOTE FOR YOUR OWN STORY HOWEVER YOU CAN VOTE FOR MORE THAN ONE STORY)
If you won 1st or 2nd in the Undiscovered Watty Awards: SPRING Edition (the last one) you CANNOT enter that same story here.

Welcome to Undiscovered Gems Competition (UGC)! I love to help writers get a second hand view of their work. I feel that there is so much published work on Wattpad that deserves to be acknowledged but people a) Don't have the time b) Don't read new books with low reads or c) Can't find them. I've read so many undiscovered books here and I usually comment on how to improve and what is done well. I know that new stories may not be continued or people may not have confidence in themselves and sometimes I feel my comments go unnoticed. Therefore, I would have made a competition where undiscovered writers get a chance to be acknowledged through 'The Undiscovered Gems Competition' and get some feedback that they, themselves, are looking for. Undiscovered writers unite in friendly competition on the enchanted world of Unification, where they receive support and opportunities to grow as writers as they continue their majestic careers--to prove that they are just as important as their Discovered peers. *** The world of Literature is confusing. A group of writers, the Undiscovered, are shunned by their Discovered peers, leading to frustration and conflict with their craft. Ready to prove that they're just as important as the Discovered, the Undiscovered leave the safety of Literature and begin exploring other opportunities for them to attempt, leading to a planet called Unification. There, they meet two eager readers ready to share their stories with the universe and give them the recognition they deserve--a place in the Discovered Circle on Literature. Second No More, a novel
I've dreamed of the perfect marriage ever since I was a little girl: a marriage complete with a hardworking husband while I tended to the home and our children, preferably four little rugrats to call my own. I dreamed of a life filled with laughter, joy, and success, a life we built together. I dreamed of growing old next to my husband, creating a great love story to tell our grandchildren someday. It all seemed so possible. I was raised to be the perfect wife, after all. From the outside, it seemed I had exactly what I dreamed of with the rich, determined husband; the brilliant, gaudy diamond ring; and the beautiful home filled with the hope of future children. Yes, it was all a dream come true. I should have felt grateful, really. The problem is, I also wanted a marriage based on love, passion, and affection, but those are the only things my husband cannot give me . . . . . . because they're reserved for her.
