17 year old, Alex Prescott, is heading up to her best friends, uncles mansion, for her best friends birthday party. Little does Alex know, that when the party starts getting good is when it all starts turning bad. Everyone she grew up with, everyone she is friends with, are getting killed off. The killer is using board games and bringing them to life. Like operation, for every question they get wrong or if they don't cooperate with the task at hand someone's body parts will be cut out. Alex is trying to put the pieces together but it doesn't help the guy she hates most is there with them and that her best friend has a secret relationship with one of the guys.
