Murmurs of Deceit

Two races have been at each other’s throats for centuries, and continue to persist in a brutal war. No one knows for sure what incident caused the hatred, but there are theories throughout the races that there is a third party involved—some irrevocably ruthless killer has manipulated the races into fighting each other into extinction. All there is in the way of proof are lies, secrets, and murmurs of deceit.

Despite it all, two of the oldest members from each race have managed to remain close friends, sparked from a time when there was peace. They have always been adamant that there was a cause for the brutal hatred between the vampires and werecats. And now, with each other’s help, they hope to find and eliminate the danger that plagues both their people. Can they find what they’re looking for, or will they be trapped in the tangled web of deceit that follows them everywhere they go?
