Second Chances (Trunks x OC) [HIATUS]

Trunks feels...lost. In fact, he's felt like this for a very long time. But, he doesn't really know why. Others observe his behavior and think he's having a normal "mood swing", just like other teens. But they're wrong. They've always been wrong. They just don't know it yet.

He's not like other teens. For one, he has Vegeta as his father. He always has to come home from school with some kind of degrading comment. He hates it. But it can't be helped.

His sister, Bulla, cares about him. She knows he's going through something. But she doesn't tell anyone, worried he'd get a backlash of hatred, specifically from their father.

His best friend, Goten, is worried about him. He's noticed a distinct change in his behavior, and is afraid things might just get worse.

Trunks' mother is clueless. She has no idea what Vegeta is doing to him, or what he's going through. She just thinks what everyone else does.

Trunks isn't sure exactly what he's feeling. He's heard stories of depression, but never thought it'd feel the way it does. It hurts. Both inside and out.

All the excitement and fun of life has been drained from his eyes, replaced with nothing but a melancholy reality. He just can't seem to find anything that can bring back the color of life.

Until one girl from his class brings hope to light.

Will this simple girl be able to change Trunks' mind on life, and help him find another reason to continue it?
