The Artist

"Do you think I'm a monster as well?" Seems like everyone else does.
"No."
I scoffed. "So what then? A disgusting criminal? A menace to society? Or how about a murderer?" I could feel the pain and anger taking over again and knew I was sure to lose control soon.
"I think you're an artist."
My pain was washed out by confusion as I wondered,
Who the heck is this guy?

and macaroons.
But this passion doesn't simply go as far as sketch books and canvases. It comes from deep within her own being.
Ever since she was a little girl Nova has dealt with the burden of having an ability that is unheard of in any comic book nor movie.
Her emotions materialize, whether it be her anger turning into red shards that shoot from the earth, or her happiness forming the aurora borealis right before her eyes.
Rather than using her powers for evil she uses them to create beautiful art that truly represents all of the heartache and joy she has ever felt.
But what happens when everything goes wrong? What will happen when the artist loses control?
