One brother became a nation's personification, and never saw the other again.

The other was sealed away, in a box forever lost to the world.

Now, the little brother has been found. And Big Brothers not letting him go again.

{Basically sorta an AU where Alfred and Matthew are unaware they are personifications, and then Alfred's sealed away in a box for a few hundred years, and Matthew grows up to become Canada! But then bad stuff happens basically.
I know it's bad....

He'd learned a lot in it. That England was easy to gaslight if you knew what you were doing. France would back away from any show of force. Germany could ignore a bumbling idiot even as the evidence piled up just because he wasn't very good with people. Poland saw everything and read people like a book. Prussia would keep his mouth shut if you gave him enough liquor or made him obedient. Russia would turn a blind eye if you turned one to him. China never trusted anyone even if there was evidence of the contrary. This is my first fanfiction. It's mostly PruCan. There may be other Hetalia shippings too. Canada is never noticed at world meetings. That is, until a certain Prussian notices him asking if he could stay with him for a while. Canada, being his nice self, happily allows Prussia to stay with him for awhile. While Canada and Prussia are living together many things happen. Their relationship grows closer as events happen. They both grow feelings for each other, but the other doesn't know. America never really paid attention to the news, only Good Morning America, of course, but when the flooding and crippling storms started in the south and worked their way to D.C., he got nervous. Alfred is alone in a bunker, panicking for his people and brothers and the rest of the countries like Japan and Germany. He hears a distant muffled sound above the howling winds, a frightened little boy sits in the corner with an old stuffed bunny sucking his thumb. No one notices him. How is America supposed to protect hundreds of people and himself against a storm that could kill people in a number of ways? And now a kid had moved him to become his caretaker. When Alfred became independent from England, France had muttered to him that he didn't know the pain of raising a child then losing it. But know, he assumes that he may just learn.
