(May have huge gaps between upload times but this story will be finished, that I can promise) Everyone thinks of Kai as a selfish person who puts himself before others and many other negative things. As Kai's time as a ninja, he always heard these comments and he couldn't do anything about it so he has to bottle his feelings whenever people say this. One day when he was on a mission with Cole to save some adventurous that got stuck in a narrow cave a disaster struck on Kai. After the mission Cole got all the thanks and Kai got none, Cole was the only one who truly understood what happened. Kai gets sick of how he is being treated and leaves to have a walk to take his mind off of things... but then he meets someone he didn't expect to meet... Non-canon ships are not implied but take it as you wish, just not greenflame because no. Ever since Cole went through the rift of the Yin blade back in Day of the Departed, he thinks everything with him is back to normal. But just in, Ninjago City is in great danger and the ninja now have to face a new enemy. That enemy wants Cole himself. Cole discovers something disturbing that's the going on with his family. It causes issues with his father, master and his friends at the same time. And during the adventure with Kai and Nya (HoT), Cole discovered a new power inside of him. It was powerful. He liked it, it helped the ninja a lot. Cole was stronger than he ever was before. And now he's their biggest target ..... In this story, Cole must face the Queen of Ghouls, otherwise the Realm of Ninjago will fall into the hands of Evil... Note: I just saw the ending of HoT, and just pretend that this about two months after they saved Master/Sensei Wu
