Adeline Cross is a human. Her mother died giving birth to her brother and her father has locked the two away in a state of constant abuse ever since. They haven't seen much of the world, and what they have has been the worst of it.

Darius Knight is a werewolf, the king of them to be exact. And he was destined to be mateless. However, long after the wolf and human separation, the moon goddess realized the toll that it was putting on him, and chose to bless him with a mate.

The only issue is that his mate is human, and werewolves and humans haven't interacted for thousands of years, each side with their own misconceptions of the other.

With the human side running out of options and the need for a mate and a queen driving the races together, can Adeline and Darius become the binding forces of the races, or will the union lead them to an overall destruction?
