Dreams. Many people have them, though scientists have yet to figure out why. Sometimes we wake up and have no idea what we've dreamt about, other times, we can closely recall them because they seemed so real, so intense. These dreams are known as vivid dreams. Vivid dreams can be positive or negative, realistic or fantasy. According to scientists, vivid dreams are the result of REM sleep.
