Isabelle Shae is a decorated lawyer with all the academic requirements to be the head of her current law firm. Determined to prove that she is more than capable, Isabelle fights for the newest murder case. When her husband snags her desired case, leaving her to a case involving a popular artist, she is furious.

Unaffected by his fame and irritated by his presence, Isabelle struggles to get the case over and done with. Attracted to her dignity, intelligence and confidence, Michael playfully flirts with his lawyer. When Isabelle starts to know the man behind the fame, will his words start together have an affect on her?

This story is not only about an intelligent married woman, struggling to earn respect and a man too famous for his own good, falling into an unpredictable affair. This story is also about Michael and Isabelles painful discovery of truth about the people they surround themselves with. How 'truthful' can an affair be? That's up to you to decide.
