Given the choice between light, and dark, most everyone would choose light. For a select few, however, darkness holds a mystery. An adventure. A chance to see something few people do. They are the Dims. So politely called dim-wits by their much brighter cousins, they rarely see light.
Sunny couldn't even fathom being a Dim. They lived on the outskirts of her town, Optimist, and they are not known to be very friendly. But being friendly is what a good society thrives off of... Isn't it?
Dusk can't even remember what being a stuck up Ablaze was like. How they hadn't gone blind from that much light is shocking to him.
When a light bulb meets a dark room, the room becomes brighter. This is a fact. But when dark meets light, A Dim meets an Ablaze, Sunny meets Dusk, will it have the same effect?

After he finally escaped, he passed out in an area of a garage, where two humans took him in, after he woke up and explained everything. A special bound between him and the couple blooms when he decides to stay here, slowly recovering. But when discovering that he wasn't the only one on Earth, he starts searching for his friends with the help of his current ones. Join Sonic and his friends, new and old, as they start looking for the Chaos Emeralds and stop Dr Eggman. WARNING: Blood, Gore, Death (for poor Cosmo since she died in the final season), violence and strong language are in this story.

(Sorry and not sorry, but I ain't ever editing this old thing again, but peeps liked it so might as well at least re-publish this old cringe story. Have fun I guess-) Started: Dec 19, 2020 Ended: Dec 31, 2021 Okay. I'm young, and dumb so it's no surprise that I would make some dumb choices in life. But going out on a grocery trip, and running to a pained cry? A little ways in the woods, was by far the dumbest thing I've done. Well, it's kinda hard to ignore a cry of immense pain when you have a soft heart... And what I was met with was even more questioning. Cause I don't remember Sonic ever being impaled, and I don't think Eggman would stoop that low to do such a thing... But still, I took the... Possible dead, but still living body back home to try and patch it up, another dumb choice. But, what I was unaware of, was that I was about to soon fall in love with a so-called demonic, god. His name? Sonic.Exe. (I don't own you, or the plots from Tail's Halloween, Knuckles' Night, or Eggmans Chaos Emerald. I only own the other plot of da story.)Complete
Uneasy Comfort.
So um this story may be on hold as I have lost interest and have no idea how to continue the story... . (Disclaimer, there is NO smut/inappropriate things, just cute and wholesome~♡ but warning, there may be some dark themes throughout.) . . This story is basically a sonic the hedghog fanfic. It's set in a dystopian reality. im still figuring out everyone's stories even the main plot. But I just go along as my mind pleases. The main 'object' that stirs this story is a plant, named the agony night floret, that infects living things. It was created accidentally in a facility by money hungry mobian scientists and main boss, scarlett the fox. she is the main 'villian', surprsingly not eggman lol. the agony night floret infects mobians, putting them in these stages. first a purple blue rash, then disconfiguration then having the chance to rott and turn into creepy lifeless zombie ish creatures, not hostile but really contagious. They roam around isolated areas. Or, they have the small chance by transforming into these cannibalistic 'flesh-gorgers', coming in different types, 3-4 times bigger than hosts/Mobians size. sonic and his friends travel firstly through the thick, white, winter forests, named 'Nobelwoods' in Nahada, trying to find the facility of where it all happened, while unexpectedly coming across a familiar haze of a huge mossy concrete structure of shadows old-old home. Burnt. It will be told why in the story. I have posted drawings of the characters/unfamiliar characters to understand better of what their appearances looks. thankz for reading this far if u have :) (I'm rambling abt the lore lol) . . . . Sonic and all of his friends all started out as some cell. All different and built with different atoms. Growing in tubes, inspected, and observe for testing. Of course there is no harm to them whatsoever. The scientists take care of them, they all act like family, no harm... and especially no suffering. Until there is a new CEO of the company, everything changes... is it for the better, or for the worst? Read to find out! (Note I do have slight depictions of them maybe being romantic, so please do not get on me for anything. This is also not a fully shipped base story. I do hint a lot of different ships that may work, but I do not know if I will ever make something official in the book.) On Senior Prom Sonic was going to have a great time with his 'boyfriend' Knuckles. But turns out it was a set up that he framed Sonic for selling Cocaine and it worked. Once Sonic was thrown in jail, everyone who knew him abandoned him (even his own family). He turned to a life of crime (for a short while) after getting out of prison. He was broken as he felt nothing. But when he got to the hospital from attempted suicide and then to the asylum, a spark of light came when a kind hearted psychiatrist Offered him a job and a place to stay at his Orphanage (which is also a school for wayward youth) with his therapy. With the help of one girl and her best friend. A little bright blue hedgehog girl named Janice and a bright red echidna named Cassie. Things were plain but Sonic was still broken but he was hateful towards those who hurt him in the past. He changed his appearance and moved far away to a little bit old London (a little modern) style town selling good medicine for the people and working for the psychiatrist. When people (Knuckles, his family, and friends) from his past 'somehow found him' come to make things right, Sonic turns them away. Will Sonic give them a chance? Or will he just hate them for everything they did in the past?Complete

When it came they hadn't anticipated the extent of solar power. Their power sources were ruined and they knew that they wouldn't survive long without them. Some people left to take their chances in the new wild but those who were left spent hours pondering solutions as the power dwindled and the life-force faded. Only when the people who were left out to face the sun found the bases did they find a solution. The outsiders were deranged and barely human, changed by the radiation of the sun, they were taken into the bases and were sedated and hooked up to the power source.
