After All

Harper is a young, newly graduated hospice nurse living in Grand Junction, Colorado. She's had a hard life, and has finally reached her goal. But she's not ready to share her past, or let down her walls again.

Alma is a 99 year old decrepit woman with a terminal illness. She's grumpy and rude, and has also had a difficult past. She's hiding from anyone who tries to get close to her, afraid they'll uncover her secrets and cause her to remember everything she's hid away for so long.

Can Harper and Alma, two women with very different stories of tragedy and hopelessness, help each other come out of hiding?
