Alma is a 99 year old decrepit woman with a terminal illness. She's grumpy and rude, and has also had a difficult past. She's hiding from anyone who tries to get close to her, afraid they'll uncover her secrets and cause her to remember everything she's hid away for so long. 

Can Harper and Alma, two women with very different stories of tragedy and hopelessness, help each other come out of hiding? 

After All is a story of struggle, pain, and an unlikely friendship that will have readers laugh and cry as they dig deep into the lives of two women and all they carry in their hearts.
