I woke up in the hospital, tired and exhausted of this miserable life, so I pulled the plug on myself. I thought that was it, until I woke up as a baby, being held by, this can't be right, Misako from Ninjago, and Garmadon as well. They called me their daughter, their little Y/n. That's when I realized... I was the f-ing green ninja.

She gets bitten by a panther with glowing eyes and realized that many in her school had this same incident with different animals, they call themselves the Bitten. She learns to accept the Bite and live with it, to find the good that she received from it. But, like everything else in the world, the good comes with bad and the bad comes with good. What happens when the Executors, an organization that hunts people who have the Bite, begin to chase after her as old wounds are ripped open once again? After all, what could one single bite really do to a person's life? They were once people, but in only seconds, they were changed and given unnatural powers. In order to keep them contained, North America creates an arena, a sort of gladiator battle, imprisoning the Unnaturals there and forcing them to fight to the death. And for the humans out there - make one mistake, and you'll be in there with them. Joel has made that mistake. He was caught unintentionally helping an Unnatural escape. Now he finds himself thrown into a world that's completely different from what he was told, and learns two very important things. These Unnaturals are just as human as he is.
