This act not only seeks to gain insight on the primitives reactions once in contact with a hyper advanced nation but also seeks to see how they would act upon being given the ideals of Earth However, with the Galman/Gamilan-Bolar War in full swing and with the impending threat of the Nebula Empire and other Galactic States that sees an opportunity where the superpowers are at war and a galaxy ripe for expansion War would sooner or later naturally find it's way to Earth.
