Both left alone and desperate to survive. Both trying to find ways to ease the pain that has been collecting and swelling in their hearts. Nothing healthy by any definition. Every thing that heals their heart destroys some other vital part of themselves whether it be their liver or their psyche. Levi and Hanji are left with no one but each other.
