"What's going on?" "Nothing. Please just keep jogging or something." "What're you hiding, Kelsey?" Her eyes searched mine, then very slowly she gave in. "Um...if I tell you...can you promise that you won't be angry? And that you won't freak out and punch the poor guy?" "Why would I...are you cheating on Jason?" "What?" "Is that guy the person you're cheating on Jason with?" I demanded angrily. "He has been nothing but good to you, Kelsey, how could you just cheat on him? He's a good guy!" "No! Ryder, that's not what this is!" For whatever reason, I believed her. "Fine," I said eventually. "I swear not to punch the guy if you tell me what's going on." "Um...it'd be kind of easier to show you than to tell you." I walked with Kelsey around the bench, and the guy stood up, looking down at me with very familiar eyes. Corey. I was looking up at Corey. Sorry Kelsey. And then I punched him. Book two, following A Bad Boy's Worst Nightmare. It's been almost a year since Corey left, leaving Ryder completely broken and alone. Now, he appears to be back once she sees him in the park. But when she's made to understand that the boy is in fact Corey's twin brother, she allows herself to let her guard down a little. But could trusting the brother of the boy that destroyed her heart really be the best idea? Or would he be just like his brother--the complete and total destruction of everything decent in Ryder's life?

When visiting Canada for a wedding, a commitment-averse dive instructor must pretend to date her Australian seatmate to avoid conflict with her ex and judgmental mother. *** Audrey Clarke rarely felt like other women her age. Not as a teen who'd never gushed about gorgeous celebrities, nor at almost thirty, with no desire to marry, have kids, or settle down. She would much rather explore reefs in Southeast Asia and adventure around exciting places. Even when she meets travellers with similar dreams, none are the right romantic match. Until Caleb. When flying home to Canada for her friend's wedding, Audrey dreads confronting the pain she caused her ex and facing her judgemental mother. It drives her to connect with her seatmate, Australian environmental scientist, Caleb, who also craves a distraction. Despite his charm, he is enigmatic about the cause of his stress. They agree to fake a relationship to make their lives easier. The more time they spend together, the more real their act feels. Will Audrey be brave enough to share her true feelings before the trip is over? *** Featured on - Ambassador's recommendations "Aces! [COMPLETE] Genesis Munroe, a virtuoso college freshman has always been the shy type, the good girl, the smart kid who sat in the back of class and practiced classical piano after school. So rooming with a male was something different. She came to college for an experience, a search for something new, but her roommate, James du Bellay doesn't talk directly to her and instead leaves passive-aggressive notes on the door. He puts his stuff on her side of the room, shuts her out of the room, and ignores her. Well, he ignored her until she auditioned for the music team where he was the president. He wanted to deny how good she was, and he didn't care, until he found out he was staring straight at his competition. She had a 5.8 GPA, and she took piano classes for fun, while he took it out of necessity. She was a threat to the palaces he had built at his school and he needed her gone. In the coming day, James finds out that Genesis is in love with his best friend Chad Douglas, a snobbish self-proclaimed alpha male vlogger. So he takes advantage of her obsession. James agrees to teach Genesis how to make Chad fall in love with her, and he gets to watch Chad break her heart so she leaves this school crying (but Genesis doesn't need to know that). He needs her gone. Or he thinks he does. Wait, damn was she always this hot? Is it the short dress he just bought for her, or is it just her? Wait, what was his goal again? Oh right, he needs her gone, pronto. * mature due to cursing and sexual scenes *
